What does a birthday party include?

Use of all sewing machines and tools at Room to Sew

Up to 3 hours in the sewing studio - enough time to finish a project and enjoy birthday cake or cupcakes (provided by birthday family) !

An awesome project for each guest to take home! You choose from a pillow, pillowcase, bookbag, or a drawstring bag - all great projects for experienced or inexperienced sewists.

Up to 6 party guests (4 guest minimum); ages 7 & up.

What is the cost of a sewing party?​

The cost is $40 per sewist. This includes fabric and supplies needed for the project, use of the sewing machine, and up to 3 hours of studio time. This also includes all cutting and prep work of the fabric to provide the most sewing time as possible!

Birthday girl or boy will give favorite fabric color and fabric design choices at least 2 weeks before the scheduled party date.
How do you schedule a party?

Please send me an email through the contact page. Leave a phone number if you prefer to be contacted that way. Also list 3 preferred/approximate party dates and times.

I will contact you and set up a time for the party.

Selection of project and deposit (1/2 amount) is required to hold the date. This is a nonrefundable deposit if less than 2 weeks before the scheduled party.
